5. Returns & Satisfaction

If your selection isn’t the perfect fit for your upcoming trip, we are here to help.

Policy: We accept returns on eligible items. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.
Condition: To qualify for a refund, the luggage must be unused, with the original tags and protective packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on suitcases with signs of wheel wear from outdoor use.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed directly back to the original M-Pesa number or account used via Pesapal.

Pro-Traveler Tip (Airline Damage): If your luggage is mishandled by an airline, please report it to the airline’s “Baggage Service Office” before leaving the airport. While our warranty covers manufacturing issues, airlines are responsible for transit damage; filing a report immediately is the best way to ensure they repair or replace your bag.

The Trendy Suitcase aims to provide the highest quality travel gear. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for the contents packed inside the luggage or for indirect damages incurred during travel.
